Sign in and open personal settings, then select Delete my Sprid account and confirm. Account deletion starts a 30-day recovery window; you can undo the request during that window. Permanent deletion is processed afterwards. Workspaces you own are included; another owner’s workspace is not deleted merely because you were a member.

For earlier erasure or deletion of specific connected data, email us as described below. YouTube data is subject to the shorter 7-calendar-day deadline even when the account recovery window is still open.

Disconnecting a channel or removing a key stops new access using that connection. It is separate from erasing previously stored content and reporting history. You do not need to disconnect every service before making a deletion request.

Email hello@sprid.studio with your account email and whether you want to delete your account, a workspace you own, or data from a specific connected service. If you cannot access your account email, contact us so we can arrange proportionate identity verification. Do not send passwords or access keys.

We respond without undue delay and normally within one month under GDPR, explaining any lawful extension within that month. Requests to erase YouTube data must be completed within 7 calendar days. Other platform-specific deadlines apply where required. If you want erasure without the account recovery window, say so in your request.

Disconnecting inside Sprid stops Sprid from reaching the platform, but you can also revoke access from the platform side, which is the most authoritative way to confirm removal:

• Instagram / Meta: Meta Accounts Center → Connected experiences, or Instagram settings → Apps and websites.
• TikTok: TikTok settings → Manage account → Connected apps.
• YouTube / Google: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
• Pinterest: Pinterest settings → Security → connected apps (Pinterest help).
• LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.
• X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions.
• Your own services (app store, analytics, search, payments): revoke or delete the key you issued to Sprid in that service’s own settings.

Deletion does not remove content already published on another platform or stop advertising there. Manage those directly at the destination. Cancel subscriptions billed by Apple or Google through that store.

Financial records and information needed for legal obligations or claims may be retained for the required period. Residual backups remain restricted from ordinary use pending deletion through their backup cycle, subject to applicable legal and platform requirements.
